The Equation for Life
Ideas rule the world! Everything starts with an idea or a reaction to an idea. That is a fact. Without the light bulb that flicks on inside the human brain and causes us to act or react, there is no creation or business activity. The Equation (L/A*S=B) reveals a foolproof blueprint for business and life. First you have to love what you do (L) and become a highly-skilled artist at it (A), while developing promotional and marketing tools to gather public and professional support (S), which ultimately leads to big business (B). This speech leaves employees with the drive to see their position as an employee as their passion which will increase productivity. For entrepreneurs, the Equation helps emphasize the importance of understanding the relationship between business and art.
