Following the lead of the biblical figure he was named after, King Hezekiah, Griggs has been a voice of reform. He is also highly revered among his peers and colleagues for his business acumen and"Make No Excuses and Get It Done Attitude".As an orator, Griggs has delivered over 500 speeches to an array of audiences across the United States.

Griggs founded his first company, Griggs Cinematography in 1999. He later founded and served as the President/CEO of The American Justice Company specializing in publishing Project American Justice. Griggs founded Justice, Inc. and served as its President in 2003. His most prosperous endeavor, HG3media, put him at the helm of a vast umbrella corporation which operated six different magazines and various multi-media projects.
