Entrepreneur, innovator and human capital expert, Fenorris Pearson serves as CEO of Global Consumer Innovation, Inc. He and his innovation team define the next big idea that produce consumer product or service that disrupts the competitive landscape and generates revenue through billion dollar concepts. He has worked with CEOs and other high-ranking executives in leadership and consulting capacities throughout his career. As Vice President of the Global Consumer Innovation and Global Capability for Dell, Inc., a Fortune 50 company with revenues of more than $60 billion. Pearson had responsibility for more than 300 employees in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, He also developed the skill capabilities of the Dell’s Consumer Business sales, retail, and service functions.
Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Pearson was Vice President for Global Organizational for Motorola, Inc., a global telecommunications leader with revenues of over $40 billion. His responsibilities encompassed major strategic acquisitions, process re-engineering efforts and development of the company’s performance management process.
His work experience includes stints in sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution, customer service, human resources, and organizational development. He has a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Benedictine University.
